Most TourToday BD’s products for pre-order. Pre-order mean if you order any product, we will import those product from your desire shop and country. You can order any products from UK, USA, China based online shopping websites amazon & eBay .
Order process: Choose your item, send us your product link by email or facebook message option. We will reply your email/message into 24 hour with final price of your product. Then if you confirm this product you have to pay 50% advance to confirm your chosen item and rest 50% payment will be taken when you receive that item from us. You can pay in our office or deposit in our bank a/c.
Return & Exchange
- As we not producing the item we don’t accept any return or exchange.
- Due to protect buyer rights and satisfaction we will try our best to accept return or exchange but only If the seller accepts return or exchange than you can do return or exchange but with appropriate postage fees.
- If we agreed to accept a return buyer will pay the postage + 500tk-5000tk handling fees (cost will depend on product and we will specify you during return time)
- No prohibited & dangerous product will be delivered
- For Some electronics taxed items buyer will pay the tax and buyer will be notified during order.
- You cannot cancel your order once placed but within 2 hours you can modify or add product with your existing order
Delivery Time
The product will be delivered within 2-3 weeks once our UK agent received it. (e.g. seller delivery + 5-10 days)
